I had this working by accident a couple days ago but just tried it with your method and it's not working (US). Here's what I did:

1. Started out with no aspects on, then clicked on Hawk
2. Waited for GCD to finish then clicked camo
3. Immediately afterwards clicked on Fox

Not working with that method unless I'm doing something wrong..?

I can confirm this to be working flawlessly everytime for me now that I've learned the timing !
