Get Stormpike Insignia as Horde

To do this you must first, destroy your Frostwolf insignia, then do quests in Hillsbrad Foothills until you get the quest "infiltration". This will disguise you as a SI: 7 Agent. Then you can talk to the npc at the Stormpike AV enterance and ask for a new insignia.

1) Destroy your Horde insignia
2) Quest in Hillsbrad Foothills until you get Infiltration from the banshee in Tarren Mill
Note: Very long chain, starts at Southpoint Gate with "Welcome to the Machine"

3) Talk to Lt. Hagger at the Alliance enterance, ask for a new insignia.

CONFIRMED: Does teleport you to Stormpike GY.

Fixed.. Don't do the chain XD.. Stupid NPC says:"You don't look right,buddy. There's something wrong with you."

After server restart it as removed from my inventory, but the insignia quest was also reset. Had to go into AV and get the banner again, but I went through, deleted the insignia, then got a stormpike one. STILL WORKING.

I logged on today and still had it. I've only tried this with rank 2, but I don't see why it wouldn't work with other ranks. Make sure you delete your Frostwolf insignia then talk to him. The game realizes your lost yours but doesn't take into consideration the faction when you get it replaced.

Yeah like I said, I had to go back and get it again. I think it may have had to do with the fact that the character was a faction transfer from alliance; seems more likely that the quest chain just doesn't transfer than that the quest line would magically reset on me... Either way, fun times ahead >

Just confirmed after 2 hours or so of questing. You can also have both the Horde and Alliance trinkets. +rep
