Stat buffs...(Alchemy Only?)

Long time lurker, though i try to be helpful where possible, here's something for now. Well, I'm an alchemist, and I have a flask of the north. This provides 40 to one stats based upon your spec. counts as both a guardian and battle elixir. Stat scrolls count as guardian or battle as well according to their tooltips. But I can stack my flask, 2 scrolls, and mark (the behavior of mark used to be not to allow you to use stat increases or armor increases because it was 'better', I guess that is changed now that it is % based.) Screenshot below with the tooltips from the other added onto it.

With my priest I can buff Fortitude AND a stamina scroll on the tank, so it IS changed.

I don't think it is intended that you stack buffs that specifically say they are guardian or battle elixirs with a flask which is explicitly both. The other stats adding /mark/scroll/fort could be intended. but the elixirs/flasks definitely are not.
