I don't think you'd achieve anything anyway. The exploit relies on the fact that the Justice Points are simply received by your character, like honour or reputation, as soon as you open the box. There is no evidence that the bug in question affects the actual items in the containers.

It appears that if you were to use the exploit the first night of the patch, Blizzard would not take notice.

    Re:

For those who were asking, this is the email i gotten...

They banned all 4 of my accounts that i've exploited on..

    Email below..

Subject: World of Warcraft -- Account Closure Notification -- Exploitative Activity Found

    Body: ***Notice of Account Closure***

    Account Name: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this behavior is the result of a third party accessing the account instead of the registered user (for example, a friend, family member, or leveling service) then the account can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please visit: WoW -> Support -> Gold Buying

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at WoW -> Legal -> Terms of Use. Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.

For any disputes of this action, please visit the Exploitative Activity FAQ and Contact page here: Blizzard Support

    Regards,

    Blizzard Entertainment

    I got a different message:

    Greetings,

A user of the above account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft by the In-Game Support staff of Blizzard Entertainment. This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole. When a harassment report is made, all players involved in the incident are subject to review, which may result in account penalties. Though we are unable to discuss the outcomes of our investigations due to privacy concerns, rest assured that this incident has been looked into very thoroughly, and the appropriate actions have been taken on all involved accounts. Any disputes or questions concerning the following account action can only be addressed by Account Administration. To learn more about how Account Administration is able to assist you, please visit us at Blizzard Support.
Account Action: Account Closed Offense: Bug Exploitation
We have a top notch Quality Assurance team who tirelessly stamp out bugs and design inconsistencies within World of Warcraft. However, a handful of trained professionals can never isolate and resolve each and every bug in such a deep and complex game accessed simultaneously by thousands of players. You may come across the occasional bug during your adventures. Some bugs are minor and do not affect gameplay, but sometimes these bugs can be used to provide an unfair advantage to certain players or affect the service itself. Factors included in determining the appropriate penalty: * Whether or not the exploit is performed intentionally, maliciously, and/or repeatedly* Whether or not the exploit damages another character, their gameplay, the service itself and/or its economy* Whether or not an attempt has been made to conceal the exploit's use Details (Note - Times are listed in Greenwich Mean Time, GMT): Player repeatedly abused bug that allowed them to loot an infinite number of Justice Points. For further information, please view the World of Warcraft Policies and Terms of Use Agreement: (Blizzard Support) and (WoW -> Legal -> Terms of Use). Please be aware that additional inappropriate actions may result in further disciplinary action, up to or including account closure. We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their travels in the World of Warcraft. Thank you in advance for respecting our position.

Looks like some Blizzman got a total nerdrage waving his banhammer shouting: "THIS ... IS ... BLIZZARD!" As usual Blizzard introduced more bugs than they have fixed for the whole period of WotLK. They might be a little bit more sensitive to exploiting them right now. You can imagine the stress in their HQ right now.
