no im alive and well....will update further tomorrow
I doubt they will! At the end of the day, this is a major bug in the game which should have been picked up by their testers. A suspension is required while they work out what the hell happened but tbh it's too harsh perma banning someone who used the system. They kinda had it coming to them...
My 1.3 Cents (after tax)
I'm (fairly) certain the bans are temporary, and were put in place to stop people from continuing to abuse the exploit. It is likely your account will be reopened, minus any Justice Points or items you gained through the exploit.
Blizzard is not unreasonable.
Well, I guess, but I thought it would be one of those things that are if you don't go overboard (Hey! I've got 2,200 Primordial Saronites and Blizzard won't take notice!) and don't profit off these things, you'll do fine. Unfortunately, Blizzard just banned everyone, big and small. =(
Blizzard has been unreasonable in many areas, this could turn out the same way. I really, really hope that the only thing that happens is that they remove justice points.
Not like you'r stating.
"In April 2009, player Karatechop from the guildon Vek'nilash (US) received this item from a guild member (Leroyspeltz) who had been been granted this item
- Martin Fury
- Plate
- Shirt
- +34 Mana
+34 Strength- Item Level 5
- Disenchants into: Not disenchantable
- Use: Kills all enemies in a 30 yard radius. Cheater.
- Sell Price: 7
through the mistake of a game master.
It was used fourteen times in Ulduar, Eye of Eternity, and Obsidian Sanctum, where he was awarded several achievements for "killing" bosses, before his account was subsequently banned by Blizzard Entertainment.
Following the ban, all members of the guild were also given a twenty-four hour lockdown, regardless of their involvement."
Do you know what was Blizzard's answer to this Bans?
"You may NOT exploit the game even if you have been given the tools to do it."
So doesnt matter if it's theyr fault the exploit/bug was there, infact all the exploits and bugs are there because blizzard unintentionally "created" and didnt fixed them. There are some things you must consider before exploiting something intentionally, and the most important is if you can talk your way out of that with customer support or not.

I'm sorta glad I currently don't have a computer to play WoW on, I would've abused this exploit beyond and probably share similar fate to others getting banned. Pretty awesome exploit, though, and I honestly hope that those of you here who got slapped with the banhammer will soon find yourselves able to log back in.
When im exploiting for first time , Will blizzard bann me perm?
I exploitet 3k justice points and give 2.5K for my equipent
