[Warlock] Aggro Same Faction Guards

Can anyone varify this bug is working for horde?

My lock does this, I just hellfire and yeah guards make the aggro sound. I knew about it, but never bothered mentioning it since no one really notices.

I was more looking for someone whos neutral with one of the factions since they dont seem to aggro when your friendly or above, but instead just make the sound effects.

Undead/BEs are neutral to Horde factions at start, so after faction changing you can get neutral with Stormwind.

I think Blood Elfs start as Neutral with Undercity, not sure.

What? I have an 80 alt that's still neutral with Undercity/Silvermoon.

You do start off neutral with those races. Forsaken and Blood Elves start off Neutral with Org and Thunder Bluff but friendly with their own home cities. I believe it works the other way around too (Orcs, Trolls, and Tauren start off Neutral with Silvermoon and Undercity but friendly with Thunder Bluff and Org).

Please correct me if I'm wrong though.
