    Found out this stack with the Gift of the Giant from Grizzly hill quest so around 30 stack of the brew + that make you bigger then Gruul.

    I imagine it does but whenever I used them I never noticed the difference because you're already huge.

    You get the buff from drinking Thunderbrew so yes, you can bring the Thunderbrew to Durotar and drink it for the buff.
