Interesting, seems like Blizz copy-pasted the boar (since it looks the same kinda), then just switched the skin to the crystal one and put it out for usage. Forgetting to clear some flags or something.

Also to add, you can then use it (theoretically) to do daily quest for Netherwing (the one you need to get 12 flesh to poison the peon workers).
