Oh and for those saying the mark does 3k dmg and is easy.....wait till u see heroic, because ive lost 35k hp in under a second to sarufang during 35% frenzy.

Heroic is now pretty easy aswell, but im just sharing what happned to me, and it made it easier, is there some issue tere?

losing 1 dps does not really make a huge difference at the 50% and lower, doing it without several dps wouldnt matter either, unless as i mentioned b4 they had roles to fill, but the extra useless dpsx1-2 wont mean you get 32857 extra marks, or u hit enrage, anyone who has done the encounter as many times can say this with assurance.

i think that if mass dispel worked this whole thread would be retarded, + Without the marks this fight would be easyer then hogger with a 25 man raid.


Another thing Bubble Doesn't dispel it don't make yourself look like a fool, DI doesn't get rid of the mark. Even death doesn't cancel the mark.

Another thing Mark healing is not easy, ever read it they take just as much damage as the tanks without the HP.

Easiest tactic on that fight, is kill saurfang and heal through the marks because they only do about 3,000 dps, easily healable by a couple hots or a few off heals

You are obviously not a healer or your a healer getting Dragd along, As a holy pally i put beacon on the person with the mark and spam FOL on the tanks and it is not enough Thats in normal mode. Heroic mode is.. Heroic mode.

Mark of the Fallen Champion - Causes Saurfang's melee attacks to hit the marked target as well as the tank. The marked player takes 6,175 to 6,825 additional Physical damage from each attack. If a marked player dies while the Mark is up, Saurfang heals for 20% of his maximum health. Cast when Saurfang reaches 100 energy through his Blood Link energizing.

Ok so you are taking Dmg the tank takes + 6-7k extra dmg.


At the same time u can get Boiling blood or blood nova or both:
Boiling Blood - Inflicts 5,000 Physical damage every 3 seconds for 24 seconds. Used on a random 3 targets.
Blood Nova - Inflicts 9,500 to 10,500 Physical damage to a random target and all players within 12 yards.

So lets say your average hit on teh tank is 10k (thats light tbh), you are taking 10k+7k per hit (1.5s) add a boilding blood into that now 23k in 1.5s, screw it throw a blood nova on it were now up to 33k in 1.5s

Not to mention frenzy pops up, all of a sudden that 33k is 33k in 1s with the next hit of 17k in another 1 sec, another 23k in 1s and another 17k then finally one more 23k 1 sec later as boiling blood wears of.

So basically in 3 seconds you CAN take ~70k dmg. If your unlucky and these moves were cast close together u can take that 70k almost instantly

So stfu talking like u know what your on about. Easy to heal - wtf -.-


I will say however, bubbling does not remove the mark it does however cancel the dmg out making that person useless but also making them take no dmg. Or so im told - however on heroic 25 u will get 5-6 marks. Heroic 10 1-2 marks. This is in a raid in full 264 gear.

Try bubbling 5-6 people - stop talking shit
