Just get an additional 10 expertise from gear, attack a level 80 dummie from behind, as soon as you get a dodge it confirms that this is only a visual bug. If you make 10k+ hits without any dodge, the expertise is most probably real

Just do a reloadui, if it stays after that you will know it's not a graphical bug.

Also, as stated, all this work would cost well over 1020g for something that can be gemmed for a lot easier..
Hell, it's almost cheaper to level jewelcrafting and make yourself 3 Precise Dragon's Eyes.

It's a client-side bug. You don't actually have the expertise. Please stop making threads about this.

The real retards are the ones who are saying x amount of gold should just gem it. THE whole purpose of this, is to get 10 expertise without the need of gemming it. Therefore opening those gems for STR. And knowing the uneducated fools that are posting on this thread probably AP in your case. Anyway it might just be a graphical glitch testing would need to happen but i'm pretty sure the second you load into a different instance it might just change your numbers.

Tested for 2 full Seal of Corruption durations (2x30min), attacking heroic dummy from behind.

First test - Secondary Spec(Ret) w/ Glyph of Seal of Vengeance -> activated Seal of Corruption -> Switched to Primary Spec(Prot) without glyph:
82 expertise rating + 6 expertise from prot talent = 16 expertise without glyph
+10 "test expertise" = 26 expertise
(the 2 dodges happened a moment after Seal of Corruption wore off)
