Server Restart Exploit

I've been here for a while and I never get anything cool to contribute so I'm giving this I found out a try to see if its happened to someone else or someone can recreate it.

The other day I was going to the badge vendors and the servers seemed laggy. They announced a server restart and I ran over to the vendor just as we were in the last few seconds before disconnect. I bought a 2 trinkets and got dced. when the server came back up I had both my new trinkets but all my badges were reset. I bought additional stuff with it and logged in and out and everything was there.

This might be worth it before any sever restart. You'll have nothing to lose by trying it. I don't know if it works with any other items. Let me know if this has happened to any of you or this has worked for someone else.

(I don't have screenshots because I didn't know it would happen. I'll try to recreate it when I have another server restart and see if it works.)

I for one didn't know this. Does it work 100% of the time? Doesn't that mean free frost emblem gear? Does it work for weekly maintenance or just server restarts?

I will agree with above, just because someone thought of something you didn't don't get upset. Also if this works and you have reacted as you have I believe you should be banned.

I searched all key terms in his post. if u can find me a post that talks about this exploit posted before i will leave here forever.

This has been thought of and posted multiple times on the forums. Iirc, it has been proven to work... but VERY [almost impossible] to replicate with accuracy.

Also, first one i found. too lazy to search for them all.

Then search again, I've seen numerous posts like this one in the exploit section and no it doesn not work all the time.
