i Think hey may have been talking about an Abom, You will only get 4 procs max off of the MoB but when the abom does it's frontal cone spew it could hit the boss with the debuff dealing DoT and when MoB is on it, It will tick the heal

She gets hit a lot throughout the fight, especially if your DPS is low. Mark of Blood's tooltip reads: Whenever the marked enemy deals damage to a target, that target is healed for 4% of its maximum health.

Since you can buff her with Dampen/Amplify Magic, Kings, Spirit, etc. it might also be possible to misdirect or Tricks of the Trade a mob to her.

If that's not possible, seeing how she is attackable / targettable by mobs, you might be able to divine shield (on paladin) and Blessing of Protection (on DK) the threat onto her if you're the last two people standing.

Then if that last part would work, then you should be able to 2 man it with 1 pala and 1 dk

Tried it:

Misdirection from a Hunter, got one add (I don't remember which sort), it attacked, the stacks decreased, but the boss didn't get any heal. Recount confirmed, that there was no heal from mark of blood.
