That's what i just said in the previous post. though you linked the items. The thing is though, it doesn't effect a 'huge portion' of dps, which is why blizz said they weren't going to fix the ice crystal. I don't expect they'll fix this for such a small increase to a single dps shot.

It's 300 free dps for me, that's 3,75% if you're doing 8k dps like me. That's pretty huge I think
