It's like this:
i did a full toc 25 raid but i DIDNT win a trophy
a friend of mine does a toc 25 and won a trophy
he trades the trophy with me EVEN THO WE WEREN'T IN THE SAME RAID it probably works because it's ITEM ID

It's a simple concept to understand, and I can see it working.
Player was active during boss encounter x and saw item y drop, is eligible for trading item y.
Gonna give it a test in a lowbie instance.
Couldn't get the "You can trade this item....." text to come up, and it's too much effort for me ;_;.

Kinda thinking out of the box here, but here's a theory that would be interesting to test if this does in fact work. Since all bosses have their loot decided when the instance is first created, getting saved to that ID might flag you for all items that are in the instance, even if you don't kill the boss.
In more simple terms.
"Player A" in "Raid ID A" gets a piece of loot of the last boss of ToC25
"Player B" in "Raid ID B" only kills the first boss and leaves, but the last boss of ToC25 has that same item on him for that ID
"Player A" trades the piece of loot to "Player B"
This however would be based off prediction and you would only know for sure if you tried trading and saw what happens. Or maybe you left the raid early and someone else from the raid tells you later what dropped after you left.
Purely speculation, and of course mainly based off whether or not this exploit works in the first place or not.
This actually seems like it would make sense. and work.
I am Swedishand I like green!
And most other colours too!
basicly he is saying
[Raid A] item1 drops u loose roll
[Raid B](Alt or friend) item1 drops also he wins roll
[raid b] item1 can be traded to [raid a] person
as long as same item is droped in both raids

"WTS [Vanquisher's Mark of Sanctification] 10000g (You need to have killed Saurfang within the last 2 hours)"
Doubt this will last very long tho. Probably fixed within tomorrow :P
nize ......
Nobody confirmed that this is actually working and you are discussing about it being hotfixed today or tomorrow?
I really don't get it :X
This doesn't work, and those of you that repped him are stupid.
Confirm before repping next time.
The only way you can trade a bind on pickup item to another player is if said player was present at the time of that boss kill.
For example, you are in a 25 man group for Trial of the Crusader. You guys kill Jaraxxus, EREDAR LORD OF THE BURNING LEGION, and the Solace of the Fallen drops. You win the roll on the trinket, and are now able to trade that trinket to any of the other 24 raiders that were present for that exact boss kill.
You CANNOT:
1. Trade the trinket to a person that was present for the Northrend Beasts kill, but left the group before the Jaraxxus kill.
2. Trade the trinket to a person who was present for a 25 man Jaraxxus kill, but not specifically your raid ID. In other words, they killed him in a different group.
3. Trade any item that you gem or enchant.
TLDR:
Once a bind on pickup item is looted to a person, it starts a 2 hour timer in which that item can be traded to any person present for the boss kill that dropped said item. It cannot be traded to anyone else.

1. Don't post here unless you have 100% undeniable proof that this in fact does NOT work.
2. None of what you posted above relates to ANYTHING the original poster has said.
3. Read before you post.
This in fact MAY be possible, but until someone tries to replicate it, we can't speculate. However, it does seem very plausible considering some of the other exploits that have been found...this one isn't very far off.
If two people from two completely separate Raid ID's see the same item drop off the same boss within 2 hours of each other and one person got the item and the other person wanted to buy said item, it may be possible to trade the item to the person within that 2hr time frame.
Just my twocents
to cloesed minded instead of being master looter just roll on it even if u need it and sell to a friend or give to a friend who wanted or sell to a guy who u know it dropped for and they wanted it lol
Confirmed not working just tried it with a trophy, that my alt got from a toc 25. My main had already run toc 25 and the item was not able to be traded.
