Yes thats right, 216 AP every min. 7 weap dmg to boot doesnt hurt.

So how do you get all that rep at such a low lvl? You have to do the shartuul event about 27 times. Time consuming? Yes. Awesome? Hell yes.

It's probably not an exploit, but it is an extreme oversight on Blizzard's part. A blue quality trinket meant for a level 70 being equipped on a level 39? Probably not intended.

According to thottbot Eye of Shartuul seems to give 100 rep

It boggles my mind how you could not consider a 70+ trinket on a 39 an exploit. Do you think 39s should have 70 trinkets? Do you think thats how the game was intended? Really?

Also yes, I know he doesnt have it equipped, but I've personally seen him with it. I know, I know, "ss or it didnt happen" I'm sure most of you could trust me on this one, since its pretty obv he wouldnt otherwise have the rep.

Can someone call NASA? We got some monkeys here they may be interested in. How the balls is having a level 39 being able to equip a level 70+ trinket not an exploit? It should not be possible, and it shouldnt be possible to get that much rep, its a HUGE swing and a miss by blizzard here, and you trolls are trying to say that this is completely normal, you need to stop failing and actually contribute something rather than just telling people their accomplishments mean nothing.
