1. Queue for normal Dungeon via LFD.
2. Die in instance anywhere
3. leave party and release spirit
4. Change dungeon diffuclty to heroic
5. step into the portal.
6. PROFIT

Have you read the other one? it uses a much more complicated way of doing it. just because this is a different way to get same RESULTS, doesnt mean its a repost.
