This is working as intended i belive or Blizzard just dont care about fixing it or it got low prio on their "to do" list, too busy nerfing warriors i guess..

Means it requires defensive stance and a shield to cast the spell that gives you 60% damage reduction for 12 seconds..

too bad furry warriors arent viable in pvp. its pretty much there i can see a dps needing it most. i +rape you tho, cuz its a good find, but will be gotfixed very soon
