Change gems inside your Blue Sack of Gems

i think a key here might be a full inventory with clams you open with full inventory and itle say not enough room even though you have clam meat obviously meaning you got a gem open it again and itle give you clam meat.

Nope. Tried full inventory on every type of zoning you can imagine. You just take out the emblems and the gems stay the same. Same with room and just leaving everything in and zoning all over. Multiple characters.

cant say i got this to work. tried zoning and raiding waited for next day nothing. stil the same 2 emblems and 2 red gems

This just worked for me. When I opened it in Oculus it had 2 Forest Emeralds, when I opened it outside the instance it had 2 Scarlet Rubys. Later on in another instance it had 2 Forest Emeralds again and when I left the instance it had 2 Scarlet Rubys again. See the obvious pattern here?

I can confirm this works.

But it only works while going into a cross realm server (like LFG instance or battlegroup).

And it seems they only have 2 different drops. Like it won't be different everytime.

If you didn't get it to work, please explain exactly what instance you entered or left. Also, if ya'll could specify EU or US, we may be able to narrow down the results.

I tried this with [Icy Prism] and the gems in that changed too.

Well something can definitely change them. I had a terrible group for Oculus and when we finally finished I had 2 or 3 Scarlet Rubies. I only looked inside (shift-clicked) because I had read this trick, then left the dungeon putting me back in Org. I thought to myself 'well, at least I got a pile of the good ones'. I logged off and went to bed with the bag unopened. My inventory was not full.

Today, my scarlets were gone and I have 2 Forest Emeralds.

Maybe you just forgot what it used to have because this does not work.

Also confirmed as not working. This used to work for similar items but was hot-fixed during BC I believe.

Checked my bag again tonight during ICC after being offline for a while, it was back to 3x Scarlet Ruby.

Still doing something strange.

edit: LOL back to 2 Forest Emeralds again. wtf?
