I'd suggest you glyph up your eye of kilrogg, to make sure it doesn't get killed instantly on this.

Now, what you need to do is use your eye of kilrogg, run it into the mobs and then QUICKLY run into the guards. If you do it right, you'll manage to aggro the mobs and the guards'll start attacking them. Throw up a DoT or two and voila, you'll get your 60 rep within moments.

( I don't think this is a repost. )

EDIT: Probably doable as a hunter with eyes of the beast, too.

This can be done with any class, regardless how you choose to pull the mobs. Strip down naked and pull them with a spell or a ranged weapon, run to the guards, die. You'll still get the rep and the loot.

If you want you can reset the instance and do this 6 times/hour.


The the only "new" (as in not mentioned in a previous post) thing in Thulkas post is to pull them with Eye of Kilrogg. That is not an exploit.

Okay... so what you are proposing is that EVERY class and EVERY class combination of agroing mobs should warrant a unique rep worthy post?

- Hunters using pet
- Hunters using volley, FD
- Hunters using pet, volley, then FD
- Hunters using volley, FD then pet
- Warlocks using...

Perhaps instead of posting unique posts claiming your version as a totally unique invention why not utilize the original post giving credit to the REAL OP and with people who are interested in your specific tweak would still be able to award you with the oh so coveted rep people seem so obsessed with.

Seriously though, I think finding specific tools to do this on different classes is quite good. For example, I'd much rather be pulling with Eye of Kilrog than naked if I don't have the 2008 present. If it's too spammy for some people, then someone can always make a "post your different pulling methods for ICC solo rep here" thread and have a different method for each class. So I don't see a problem.

This was the first thing I tried when the wing opened. But EoK doesn't aggro anything.

Unless it suddenly does when it's glyphed, which I didn't try.

It is entirely possible to aggro mobs with EoK. You just have to go UNDER them and wait for a second or two.
