The only way to prove this is actually possible is to show a lowbie with a high level title (Jenkins/Of the nightfall/Starcaller) or link armory with achievements section.

But I doubt you'd post your alt's armory.

Tried a level 44 in Gundak/MGT/HoR, none worked.
Tried a level 5 as well, didn't work, tried a level 78 in heroic, didn't work.

This just simply doesn't work.
