Finish random dungeon without being online

today i logged on my deathknight and i got the message that i finished "Auchenai Crypts", but i was offline.
Two days ago i was in this dungeon. after the first boss, i shut down wow(alt+f4), because i hadn't enough time to go on. obviously they found a new tank and finished the whole dungeon.
I also got credit for the finishing and got "Satchel of Helpful Goods" + EP

so my tip: if you leave a random grp, do it with alt+f4 :wave:

They have to keep you in the group. They'd have to continue to four man it without replacing you. The game considers the Alt +F4 as a DC, and you stay in the group, you just show as disconnected. If the group finishes the instance with you in the group, you get the loot.

The OP's description of the bug doesn't support that, but I dunno. They could've had one of the DPS tank it and continued to four man it.

Tried this today on alt, got in and alt+f4.. about an hour later relogged and checked and got nothing.. so if you do get replaced you get nodda. +rep for the contribution tho

Isnt this working as intended? DC counts as not inside, just like if you release.

that is indeed true but though i tested it without killing any boss and i did NOT work... it is vital that you kill at least 1 boss

i killed one boss yes... i am not sure if you have to kill 1boss atleast... i need more time to test the incident
