my lvl 70 warrior has a crit strike rating of like 200+ and its only 27%

The Crit Rating per Crit % is different for each level. For level 70 characters it's 22 Crit rating per crit I believe, and at level 1 it would be something like .20 crit rating = 1% crit chance. Not exactly sure on the numbers, so don't yell at me

Can someone tell me which item/quest this is? I'm looking on thottbot:

and don't see any item which increases crit chance for spells. The sausage increases damage by spells, but no crit.

Actual name of the item is Burning Blossom. You also get those sweet shoulders too. Also, TY to all who gave rep.
