I was joining up wintergrasp which had 10min left till battle. Then I set up for a random heroic dungeon which was a few minutes later halls of stone. I completely forgot about the bg and when we arrived at the stone like boss I got the message to join the bg. I waited a few seconds till I hit the boss a few times and then joined the battle. About 1-2 minutes later I got an emblem AND got saved to the dungeon.



Someone might find a way to abuse this.

*The debuff on the screen is from the point when I entered the dungeon till I joined the battle.

not an exploit, you just teleported out of the instance and your group killed the boss

funny enough this happened to me 2day.

I was in a fail group and left just after we started the first boss, I was sitting in dal then got a badged and your now saved msg in my chat frame was a spinout

Yea something similar happened to me. I was in a group and we started attacking the boss, but after about 3 hits i alt f4 because I had to go and when I got back on I had a badge sent to me in the mail. They said it was lost in the twisting nether, ha

maybe can be used in raids when some dumbass is about to die if ur tryin an achieve such as The Undying

well, you have to realize that not every exploit(and I won't argue that this is one) is useful at all. and I don't see any use in it and everyone who posted just said how it MIGHT be useful. but as it states in the forum's description: [NO "USELESS"] and [NO "THEORIES"].
