Paladins Remove Your Forbearance

Well first you need 4 piece paladin T9 tank set. All you do is unequip all 4 pieces then reequip them. Repeat until no more forbearance.

Sorry I call fail on this one. Just tried, Forebearance wore off naturally while I was swapping gears so no "quicker" way to clear the debuff. Back to my Druid for farming.

I think he was more along the lines of pointing out that if you take your armor and put it all back on for 5 mins, the debuff is gone...
