Disenchants rolled items w/o enchanter

Would doing a quick run through Scarlet Monestary with your 80 and a lvl 5 disenchanter 1/75 sitting in Orgrimmar give the same game mechanic idea? Despite raid or party, the fact that person is NOT in the instance at the time of the kill is what we're trying to determine. We DO know that the enchanter does have to be online. When maintenance is over, I'll make an attempt at this idea to give premise to it.

Yes it has already been determined

-Enchanter must be online
-Enchanter must be sufficient level in the profession
-Enchanter can be anywhere even afk if needed, as long as he is grouped with u

I have used this thing a long time. I have an enchanter just grouped with me.
He is somewhere. I am in the old world dungeons farming for mats for Insane title.
And it works. Can disenchant everything all the way.
So thx for this and it works.

I am in the camp that it is not intended. Blizz would never purposely let you utilize the abilities of a player in raid or in party, that are not in the instance and eligible for loot. Makes me wonder what other abilities a 11th or 26th person can bring to the raid...

It would be great if you could get ICC rep as an 11 or 26.... lol

26th player in the raid might add buffs & Rez Stone that couldn't be otherwise
