the problem with using both trinket slots is that a lot of the time at least one of your trinkets will have a use effect
so waiting on the equip cooldown could lower your dps more than the minion trinkets offer

You'd ofc have to take things like this into account, but that depends on trinkets i pressume

the "on equip" trinkets have a CD too, after putting them on.
