Confirmed. Works at South bank. Tried it first with my Iron-Bound 310% mount, then on my alt with Black Drake 280%. Both worked.

Dosnt work very well and is totally random. I would say this exploit is depending on how much sparetime you have. Also the top of the bank resets the debuff aswell.


EDIT: **** me, seems starting from the top of the tower dosnt work. tried from outside the bank and it worked flawlessly the first time but not the other times i tried from there. +rep mate
