Flying mount in Dalaran, requires flying carpet

Before soming yelling out "repost"... No, it's not the same as Broned's thread
This one allows you to actually mounted up in Dalaran, and fly in Dalaran, not the entire area, but the flyable area is still considerably large. It allowes you to be able to fly in about 1/3 area of Dalaran.

Here's what you need...
- Any kind of Flying Carpet...

Here's the picture of the area you can mount up and flying without getting dismounted by the debuff.



The area inside the red line is the area that you can mount up your carpet and fly in. It's about 1/3 area of Dalaran, including the northern bank stairs which is always the most crowded place in Dalaran, at least it's like that on my realm.

The green area is a strange area I've been discovered while trying to get the actual shape of red area so I decided to talk about it too, maybe someone would find some uses out of this. You can mount up there, even it's restricted flight area, you'll get dismount a short while after though. That isn't strange much, maybe it's just Blizzard mechanic to allows people to get out of that area if they got dismounted there? But the weird thing there is, you can only get on your normal mounts there, not the carpet. It doesn't allowed me to get on the carpet in the green zone, it only allows normal flying mounts.

I don't know if this works about other kind of flying 'vehicle' or not since I didn't have any of them to test. Anyone can test it out?

eh? how can this working as intend? Flyable in restrict flight zone, with just some area not the whole city, and carpet only? If it's really working as intended, I don't really understand what's Blizzard intending anymore...

Flying carpet is a vehicle not a mount.

And why is it only allowed to use on the west side of Dalaran? Not the middle, not the east?
Blizzard intended for flying vehicle to be able to use on the west side of Dalaran only, but not other area? Woah, that's really sounds intended!

Remember that city zones are in separate instances form normal zones, and some gamobjects used in dalaran fr buildings and roads are recycled outland bloodelf and high elf model/gameobject files. these files carry the model and various attrivuted of it.

the areas where you can fly on are probably parts where the airspace is within the dominion of the gameobject file reused form outland, where there isnt a no fly zone outdoors. this results in you being allowed to fly.
And i know those buildings are not gameobjects, they are built into terrain but still retain attributes such as moutnability and mount type.
