could also work for warlocks and their backlash talent. but curse of weakness or any other non-dmg debuff on them and you should have aggro. then just wait for your instant nukes.

When it comes to pve if you have any idea how to play, gear and spec your shaman you shouldn't run out of mana that quickly, my shaman is set up so i have plenty of mana regen and i can still out dps most people in raids and i don't have the best gear.

I will add i'm elemental.

Sorry to say, but this is not new: click me, although i can see why one would not find it using search.
Also, no need to use stoneclaw anymore, you can just windshear him, since it does no damage and still aggro's.
