Getting exalted with Sons of Hodir

If you don’t want to wait 27 days to get exalted doing the dailies then read on. Unfortunately, you cannot use this trick if you have completed ‘Forging an Alliance’ quest already.

When doing the Chain of quests to get to neutral with Sons of Hodir, there is a quest called Forging an Alliance. This quest can be used trickily to get to exalted with Sons of Hodir in one day! This is what you have to do:

* Take the quest Forging an Alliance.
* Fly to King Jokkum and take the quest You can’t miss him.
* Fly to Njormeld and turn in ‘You can’t miss him’ then take Battling the Elements.
* Complete ‘Battling the Elements’ and turn it in.
* Now abandon the quest ‘Forging an Alliance’ and you can retake all the qeusts! Rinse and repeat. Everytime you will get about 150 reputation with Sons of Hodir… and around 120 gold each hour.

I just got done grinding sons of hordir honored to revered in less then 7 days just from shards and relics....all the quests got me to honored, and just did dailies and searched for the shards.

from honored i did nothing but dailies..to revered, and saved all my shards, ended up with 60, and 60 relics...turned all those in and got exalted.

point being, if your hardcore, you could probably get honored to exalted in like 3 or 4.

Pro-tip that works even better is to just go to Stormpeaks about once every second hour, fly around and farm Everfrost Shards for about 20mins (usually get 8-9 shards each run) and turn them in for 350 rep each and ~9g I think.

Let's say you do 5 runs in a day and getting an average of only 5 shards each time that's 25 shards so - 350 x 25 = 8750rep + ~2k rep for the dailies which you ofc do while you're there.

I used this method to get from Friendly -> Exhalted in just 2 days

Also, remember to turn in the Relics of Ulduar you get while doing the dailies - will net a small amount of extra rep aswell.

Personaly i think its faster to grind relics. and buying the relics isnt that expensive.
The downside is that you dont gain the g/hour from quests.

Faster? Hell no, that take atleast 2 days if you farm alot ;P

Use a tracker and do it in one day with shards... Easy stuff.
