Use: Toss to a friend, or onto a burning building

I don't think blizzard intended you to be able to block people trying to put out fires. Use your brain.

Ofc. I did. They intended you to be able to throw it to your friend, as the tooltip states. You throw it near them, and they catch it. Working, but this is still cool, however.

Every exploit takes something they intended to do and twists it into something they didn't intend.

For example - Blizzard intended auto-unstuck to be able to teleport you out of a bugged position, but they didn't foresee people using it to get on top of the IF auctioneer's platform
    .

When a piece of code is written, it's written to perform a certain function, but some people use it in such a way that it produces unintended results - thus the phrase "working as intended."

I repeat, blizzard did NOT intend for you to be able to block other people's water buckets while they were trying to put out the fire.
