It seems in my original find, I failed to notice the proc for the bleed actually resides on the fist weapon, rather then the NPC. AS the weapon is an offhand drop, It makes this low proc rate slightly more viable for arena and alot easier to farm.

Hey all
After finally getting the last piece of my Spirit of Eskhandar set, I decided to test the proc on a friend. What I found out impressed me.

It seems that the NPC proc of this set, Eskhandar, Casts a slow on whatever he is attacking. However, it is not a normal slow. It is a Bleed, it is a 60% slow AND it lasts 30 seconds. Eskhandar's Rake.

When used on my friend, it lasted the full 30 seconds(not keeping to the 12 second rule for pvp), and upon the duration ending, it was reapplied pretty swiftish.

While I understand it may not be worth the trouble of farming this entire set (Especially considering the collar, which once dropped from onyxia, is now unobtainable), simply to rely on a 1% chance on melee crit to trigger a 4k health pet in an arena, to creative minds, Im sure there will be many uses for it

If it works similar to hamstring, it will not be subjective to DR as it is just a snare effect (frost trap, earth bind, mind flay, etc), so I believe this is working as intended.

Meh, Still, most snares last a max of 12 seconds in pvp. 30 seconds for a slow applied by an offhand weapon which can just be swapped out afterwards could be quite a killer in Arena.

Eskhander despawns after you unequip anything from the set.
