Easy leveling 53-65 in Valgarde FOR MELEE

Hi,

Finally I found something that I think can be considered a contribution of my own

Now, before you shout "repost" - this is an improvement to the numerous posts about easy leveling in Valgarde that is useful for melee classes (especially ones that can heal themselves - paladins and feral druids).

The problem I encountered in Valgarde is that I got killed quite alot during the leveling using the mobs that attack Valgarde which was quite annoying and time consuming, especially if I tried to tag many mobs. I tried to spec my druid with the maximum tanking talents I could and swipe mobs, but I still got killed alot.

However, I found there are a few spots between the fences that you can retreat to, heal yourself, and get back to swiping the mobs. The mobs will still do ranged attacks on you, but those are negligible. They will even wait for you to heal without evading.

I have no idea, but you can try to move between the fences on the horde side and see if it works there.

BTw i did like this but i did jump over and back, didn't get a single damage beacuase they just ran back and forward all the time

And maybe you should change the title to selfhealing melee instead of melee in general, Becouse this is not going to help me at all on my warrior while its melee

I don't really give a rats a&*()) if it's a partial repost or not. I don't have time to read or search through 1000's of post to look up something specific that's probably not there in the first place. Any tips i can get about getting higher levels in wow is a plus. I've been here a while. I knew about the area, but i didn't know about that exact spot or method. Thank you for posting, it'll help me.

Did you actually bother to read the post? I specifically wrote this is an IMPROVEMENT to an existing exploit, and the movie shows exactly how to do it. I checked the previous posts about it (and watched the movies) and none of them show this method.

Read the post before you call it a repost FFS.

About tanking - you can't really avoid "tanking" them cause you pull them because of your low level, so you are forced to "tank" them until one of the green mobs attacks them.

The idea is to tag as many of them without dieing until the the green mobs kill them for you. I agree it wouldn't work as well for a warrior (you might be able to stand there and bandage yourself, but it's a matter of luck if u get a ranged attack or not).

I used this method with aoeing the mobs and got from 62 to 65 in about 1 hour.

When you are very low level it's indeed hard to hit them. What I did until I reached level 60 was to attack the ones that are already being attacked by the green mobs from the back.
