So when your tanking a mob/boss when he targets somebody for a targeted spell like chain lighting from emalon you can use HoR and will get the damage since hes not targeting you. blizzard should of made it if your not number one on threat

When you kill a runner mob, you can finish it off with HoR for little to no mana ! Not an exploit, working as intended.

No what he is trying to say is that when a mob is casting a spell it will finish the cast on the current target and then switch. Where as with this it will switch to you mid cast.

Basically, except he's not saying it'll switch back, he is saying it'll deal damage.

Hand of Reckoning does damage if the mob isn't targetting you. Now if a pally is tanking emalon, and emalon decides to chain lightning someone, he will target that person to cast, but pally will still be top on threat. During the cast the pally tank uses HoR and it deals damage, the cast finishes, emalon goes back to pally.

It works on a lot of fights, but you have to have low ping and be quick about it. They don't target for long.

Yes you need to have low ping to be able to pull it off.
