since 3.2 You'll be able to Create both factions and soon you will be able to SWITCH factions.

You can now create both horde and alliance characters on a pvp server for a limited time. Servers are bugged out.

Incorrect. Read the Forums and Read Patch notes.

For the faction change for PvP Servers players would need to pay for every character to become horde/alliance Vice versa so they removed the one faction on pvp realm. You're now allowed to have Horde and Alliance on the same realm PVP. Your not beating wow. wows not bugged out. Close this thread.
