Or you could not suck and just swim out from tirisfal and out behind quel'thalas area; its hard to find, but there is a path up as long as you have a little wall jumping skill. Went up there AGES ago on my rogue...if you want rep then actually do some real work to get there =P. I spent two hours swimming + trying to find the right path up.
