Final Warning issued? Get it removed?

Lets see you have a current account with wow logins wich has gotten banned twice and has is flagged with a Final warning? That means 3th ban = perm

ToDay i was banned for the third time with ONLY 72 hours bans for 3th party usage. My second BAN was the same offense 3th party software WITH a flag... BUT! i think this has might come because the last 2 bans were on " wow logins " While my third was with wich i merge with my battlenet account! so what i think is that whenever i merged my wow account to a battle net account the final flag issue was removed at the same time!

Second ban : 24 hours 3th party software with final warning
third ban : 78 hours 3th party software w/o any notice of my final warning.
I changed my account name when i merged

between second and third ban was like 8 months between them

You can also make a whole new account and get your character transfered but thats costly.

I had an account warned, 3 hour banned twice, 24 hour ban, a 48 hour ban and then perm ban

Blizzard doesn't always ban you, even when on a final warning. Believe it or not, contrary to popular belief, Blizzard is very lenient towards it's customer base, depending on what it is you've been doing to stack up all these warnings and bans. Merging a Battle.net account with a WoW account doesn't "avoid" or glitch out the system so that these warnings are removed. Also, warnings are also taken off of accounts depending on how long you're "good."

I always thought that it goes like this: you have one 24h ban, one 48h ban and one 72h ban; and on the second 72h ban you will get permabanned?

I have an account. Got 1 ban on it ever: permban! My first (and only) ban was perma xD

On my account, I got an 48 hr, 72 hr, and 72 hr. Then I got a perm ban and after saying my account was hacked, they just unbanned it. Blizzard is very flexible.
