Don't have to check it to know it works, primarily because its a repost.
Saying you're trying it at a different level doesn't mean anything. I'll do it at 52 then, and post a new thread, lol.

This has been around since January. Nobody has received bans for this?
I tried with my shaman (lvl 27 tho) and was only getting "evade" :\
:yuck:
i tried it on my priest 52, and i was miss almost all spells, some spells hit for 45, but still i get no exp. failed (at least for me)
test
How do you tag them? I´ve tried about 30 times with my ele-shaman - none of the chainlightnings hit.
Do you have some special enchants or items, which give you more +hit rating?
or is this just working with Bow/c-Bow/throwing weapon etc?
looks good![]()
hmm not bad find but woulnd it be faster questing??? to much down time?
Your experience gains are based on the amount of damage you do. If you have a pocket healer and really good gear, you can level from 65 to about 72 in a matter of hours. I did this with my ret paladin and a my arms warrior with a druid pocket healer. I've known about this shortly after wotlk got released.
To you guys trying this at some ridiculously low level to the point that the mobs are skulls... don't even bother. Your shots/spells will be missing left and right, and you're barely doing any damage at all so you will get very little experience.
I'd say you can safely start this grinding at 65 if you're solo, maybe 63 if you got a healer, but you will need a lot of hit rating. Even then at those levels, you won't be doing much damage, and hence, less XP. If you party up to a group of 3-5, you should be able to keep up with the respawns (they respawn extremely fast). You will also get group XP bonus, and with more damage being dealt, there will be more XP to go around.

lol i am gonna try on my 55 priest +Rep if this works man!
You need quite alot of hit if you're using spells, If you're using a weapon (Bow/Gun/C'bow) Then it will work aslong as you have a high weapon skill.
Maybe if you give the guards thorns you also tag, Anyone wants to try out?, Since thorns damage gets redirected to you. (Atleast in arena it does).
i could wish priest could use bow gun or crossbow xD
u think it work with wand ?
hmm but it is very hard to get hit rating on priest?and i never hit and my gear is very good for my lvl..
I have leveled 3 characters so far doing this, the prime time to do it, at least with casters is 63 to 64. If you are a class that can heal yourself though or a warlock, you can make it go insanely fast by doing the following.
The guards do shit damage when they shoot ranged, but when they melee is when they actually kill the mobs first, So the best way to do this is to get the guards to try to melee one, then kite it outwards to the other guards, once you have 4 guards together, you can start getting them to move up farther with you to where they are almost on the spawn point for the mobs, then it starts getting really fast because the mobs run right into 4 guards melee range and instantly die after tag, instead of having stragglers wander around sometimes at low health forever because one of the gaurds is sitting there shooting him for 30's and 40's instead of meleeing him for like half of its hp lol.
Another thing that helps if your doing this with a class thats fragile and cant heal yourself, you can make the mobs loop around the spikes on the right side by moving back and forth between them and the only damage you will take are the humanoids throwing javelins at you. Also, if your a low level caster who cant take the damage, tag the mobs with wand or a rank1 spell so the gaurds pull aggro over you with thier ranged attacks.
My best records so far was on my priest specced disc wanding the mobs, at one point i had all 4 guards halfway up the map with me camping the spawn point for the mobs in one tight little pack, went from 63 to 70 in about 2 hour.
