Dis talent, Borrowed Time gives 25% spell haste your NEXT spell cast. However penance does not consume the charge but does still benefit from the spell haste, so you can double dip into it ^^. PW:S => Penance => (w/e spell you like) Both penance and the next spell will gain 25% haste buff. Enjoy ;]

bubble = PW: S ? Or you mean that bubble given by talent Divine Aegis?
So, i use PW:S then Penance (on me or my enemy?) then (for example) Smite?

Yeah, I knew this, but I thought everyone knew this. It's a really old bug, it's been out since penance existed. If it's even a bug. I mean, the tooltip for borrowed time says next "casted" spell. This one is a channel? Your instant cast spells during borrowed time are also sped up, the GCD is shorter. So, maybe channeled, and instant cast spells don't count as "casted" spells with a cast time?

For the obvious reason that higher ranked people usually speak more truth than lower ranked do. I'm very aware of that everyone have had the leecher-flag, but I don't see how that matters. It's no form of hating, just my way of being sure I'm not repping crap.
