[Hunter] Weapon skill on Target Dummies

Hi there,

So today I was running around on my level 60 Hunter in Orgrimmar and noticed every time I used Arcane Shot on a target dummy it grants weapon skill.

Searched on Arcane shot hunter, and Dummy hunter. Didn't find anything similar to this.

It's quiet useful to build a little base skill when you've just picked a new ranged weapon skill, just activate Aspect of the Viper and use Arcane Shot everytime it's ready.
