No Mercy for the Merciless

On the Quest No Mercy for the Merciless the NPC Guards around Wintersgrasp Keep known as Warsong Champion's Also give credit to the killer as if they were a Horde player.
This allows you to get your quest done even if you are on an undergeard character.

ahhhhhh no its not bad wording on blizzard they actually said it in patch notes

* Daily quests “Slay Them All!” (Horde) and “No Mercy for the Merciless” (Alliance) have had their PvP kill requirements reduced to 10 from 20. NPCs defending the fortress and south towers now count toward these dailies as well.

This isn't an exploit and has been around for yonks. The NPC'S are considered HORDE. And like the person above said, its been posted in the patch notes awhile ago.
