Just tried that and the only problem is that the pool disappears after about 3-4 minutes, which only allows me to do it on one of my characters ;/

Does it work if you jump into the dalaran sewers water, which is far less crowded and noticable?

Works anywhere you can fully submerge your charcater. Just tested in the sewers for the heck of it and yes, it works. Planting this blood anywhere isn't an exploit at all but still. Can be useful if maybe you get ganked alot in borean while doing fishing daily I suppose.
