(DK) Use a blood rune while on cooldown!

Hey guys, this may be either really common knowledge or a repost (I searched free blood runes, free runes, blood runes) but I think it's still pretty cool.

As a blood DK, I run out of blood runes fast and rely on death runes, and while I was un dual spec as frost, I noticed something strange. When both blood runes are on cool down, you can use {Blood Tap} and one rune will refresh cooldown and one will be full. I think that its a very good thing for death knights to be able to after using both death runes to be able to use a third for merely some health. Well, anyway, bye!

and this is the intended use of the Blood Tap ability.

It immediately activates a Blood Rune, not Uses it, so the cooldown is basically popped back to refreshed ^^
