[Minor] Use toy box items while flying (Druid only)

While in flight form, you can use any toys in your toy box. This means you can place dancing dwarves in mid-air break people's hearts while they're flying, etc... This trick even works with cast-time toys, such as Mylune's Call and the picnic basket. While mostly for fun, this isn't entirely useless. See my post about Quel'thalas.
