The "risks" that are posted on these forums lead to a banned account. the risk you posted will lead to a smack in the mouth from your mate and/or a prison sentence for theft of service.
An exploit is an exploit, but this is plain stupidity.

and i can confirm if exploiting their billing system for $200 or less they will only ban your account. there's a minimum to how much you can sue someone... ($20 or $200 i forgot).

and even if you get $215 off them, they will still not sue you. why?

1) they don't have enough info on you
2) they don't know if the account was scammed
3) if you can do it, its more than likely other people are doing it
4) sueing someone for $200 is wasting your own money setting up the lawsuit and such
5) knowing blizzard, they dgaf if you take $200 out of $29487349872492497234723947294724 of their money.

Banning an account for exploiting Billing? Billing? That's their money and they take a big dislike to mofos who get between them and the green. They could really give a shit less if you made your pixels make 12 penguin pets when you should have one, but when you F- with their cash they'll f-ing stomp you.

Fraudulently setting up billing is, well, Fraud. if you succeed at method 2 you'll not only get banned, you may go to jail. Good luck explaining how badass you are to Big Bubba Rapeyoass when you tell him you're in for stealing game time.

You're wrong, Option 2 is completely legal, you are paying to get a membership, it's just your friend, no one is stupid enough to even attempt to get someone random out there to pay for their wow, he's mostly talking about attempting to do it on a friend, he's not going to sue you..
