I really, really doubt this will work.
They wont give you anything that you didnt have before, only do a rollback on a char to a time prior to when the "hacking" would have taken place.

Just so you know, this does not work.

I actually lost some items(spellcloths, primal mooncloths and shadowcloths) from the AH(yes, the AH sometimes bug and does not mail the expired auctions). I set up a ticket, and it was a long ****ing thing.. and then finally, after I've given them alot of info, they said that they couldn't find that in their records, and thus couldn't give me the lost items.


So, sorry, this does not work. They have logs

Ya, sorry but.... Blizzard can track characters and items (Even Gold) that has been deleted... If you open a ticket and say, "Hey I had a 70 give me it back they deleted my items and character" they say "What was the name?". Your response is.... "Oh shit!"... They need the name to see if and when it was deleted. Also with items... Blizzard isn't operated soley by retards... well some of them might be.. but for the most part they are pretty smart.

recently my account was hacked and then then banned so i called to tell them it was hacked and that i was missing some items and all my gold
so i told them what i lost.... i didnt lie at all
and they said that they cant give me the stuff back because they aren't allowed to
i only got my account back

These are the following reasons this will NOT work:

1. You can NOT call BILLING SERVICES to "unban" your account
Reasons: Obvious

2. Blizzard may not have logs on everything, but as everyone SHOULD know, they have DB's and records on characters
Reasons: Also Obvious

3. If you DO somehow get in contact with a GM on BILLING SERVICES (which is technically impossible), he will NOT discuss a banned account with you
Reasons: Even if they were wrong to ban you, they can quote their Terms of Use:

BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE THE ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITH ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.

4. Blizzard is run by a bunch of d*cks that probably would not give you your character back even in the case that you accidentally deleted it.

5. GM's CAN'T RECOVER CHARACTERS/ACCOUNTS KTHXBYE

dude if some one hacks your account they will give you all the items you had on the account before i know this because i was hacked and i told blizzard that they deleted my 70 perist and he had full epics they said we are sorry we can not give you your epics back but we will give you your 70 back so they did and i had a 70 persit on my account the next day =D

Sorry to burst your bubble.
They see what you've had on the account, they see every item ever deleted, every mail ever sent.
They would check into if someone sent gold to theirselves from your account.
They also see what characters you've deleted.

Whoever posted this is a moron.

They have logs of all the items and character logs, and quest logs.

I had a character on alliance restored because i deleted him to roll horde 1 year ago. Anyway, before deletion, i totally stripped him naked and sold all his gear for gold and sent it to my hordie.

I ended up moving the horde to another server so i had the alliance restored. Told the GM's my stuff was missing, you know what they told me? Since its been more than a year, they have no record of my items because item records do not last that long.

When i asked them to restore several items that were in my spell slots (but were not in my bag, proving that i had once owned them), they said "we cannot restore those items at this time, no item records.".

They ended up giving me some greens, though to get me started.

Long story short, They will not restore items that you did not own, they have item records, even if you did own them, if you wait too long, the record disappears.

if i could, i would give negative rep to the original poster.
