Note: Still hasn't been fixed as of the latest patch.
I swear i have seen this on taultunleashed or somewhere... will find link tomorrow cuz i know i have to scroll back quite alot of pages to dinf it... but at least its not as common a repost -.-
Good find here!
Thanks for this. +rep
Pretty damn nice, currently leveling my char and its a pain in the ass pulling grouped mobs.
lol u call this a exploit? its the normal game play mechanic -.-
every class can do this btw..
position yourself, that the nearest mob is the one u wanna kill.. aggro them run.. get out of range exept the one u want to kill.. coz he got osme meters more range..
or simply stun it run out of range, run back before he is at his max range..
again this is the basic playing of wow..
its the same like kiting a mob..
as long as it can hit u it will never get out of range..
so plz l2p wow before hopeing to leave your leecher status with basics xD
Druid with cyclone mayhaps? would have to do it faster but il give it a shot
This is an exploit, explaations are given a few pages ago.
im no leecher
It may be possble with a Druid if u root them and then stealth , the rooted one will stay and the others should run away . Will try this tonight and see.
The game mechanic rule is there to stop people from posting game mechanics themselves. Like kiting or just common sense ones.
I say this is an exploit. You're using multiple game mechanics to pull a single mob out of a group which couldn't be done if one of these mechanics weren't there.
Thanks for your support Kuiren,
Also, slightly updated the first post.
Maybe it is a bug/flawed game mechanic but this thread sounds more like a guide...
