I just tried it, it worked! +reps for ya. Do be careful Citadel has a mighty deep basement (few quests down there). I wasn't paying attention when I was flying past the long shaft and lost my fight form and went splat after about 30 seconds of free falling.

Steer away from that area while flying around toward WG or any other place of interests. You can check by looking directly down and make sure you don't get close to any part of the basement as it is a no fly area (indoor area)

Added: just to note that while under stair, all target are out of LOS and general AOE spell won't land outside the stairs. Pretty much you can't hurt opposing faction without getting out of the hiding spot. So it's strictly for afk farming or if you can get a full raid of exploiter in there, a big surprise from hell

Thx, i came so far, but the hardest part to get under the stairs isn't that easy. First i fell 10000 miles and died, 2nd time i landed @ archavon without any boss in it.
