If this was working as intended, the achievement would read "Defeat the last boss of the Assembly of Iron while uder the effect of an Iron Boot Flask".

It does not. Therefore, not working as intended.

AKA: You shouldn't be able to kill them during the Sarth fight, because the achievement says that they need to be still alive as you defeat him.

LOOK GUYS I FOUND AN EXPLOIT, DEF NOT WORKING AS INTENDED BECAUSE WE KILL THEM DURING THE FIGHT AND STILL GET THE ACHIEVEMENT.

I like how people get stuck at the wording of the achievement-requirements, yet fail to comprehend that the only moment you could possibly have defeatet the whole council is the moment the last boss dies. (if you didn't kill him, the others would respawn, yadda yadda)

last week my guildies used the that flask when the the last boss was at 10% to make sure none died while kitting him in the air and it worked

This is indeed working as intended. If it wanted to to kill each individual one with it on, then it would have little bullets with the bosses names beside them. Common sense, tbh.
