Rune enchant on Lance

Most likely useless, but it seems the lances can be enchanted with DK runes. Perhaps this can lead to better things, item level 1 shouldn't be able to be enchanted with this.

It could possibly be used to give buffs/heals to the mount making them do more damage which is def. not working as intended. Nice find

Can you actually deal additional damage during a duel? Because if you can that would be a very good exploit.

As far as "It is a iLvel 1, why can I enchant it?" The answer to that is simple: It has a required level (77) that is above the minimum. Blizzard only considered item level on items without a required level.

I tested this out on day 1 of the patch. The Rune does not proc while mounted thus meaning no extra dmg or healing. However if you are to use it during a normal duel you can white hit others and have it proc no other moves maybe used while weilding this weapon.

Thus making this useless and not a exploit.

just confirmed that it cannot be used to deal extra damage while mounted. this could be nice for a welfare set... but still useless

Its not good for Anything the glow from the enchant doesnt even show up

Useless tbh, unlike the Darkmoon Cardeath that actually did damage, however, they might have fixed it now.
